Vore Complex Releases Duo Anthology Albums Of Remastered Old Tracks, "Pyre" & "Dissentient"

April 19, 2018

Vore Complex, a British Industrial project born from the twisted mind of Benjamin Power, and also the newest member of The Infidel Netwerk, has recently released a pair of destructive new(ish) albums entitled "Pyre" & "Dissentient". They are both anthology albums consisting of old demo tracks completely remastered and properly conceptualized into albums.

Band description of Pyre:

"Pyre charts the formative efforts that led to my development of a harsh yet often melodic oldschool sound, and displays my preliminary attempts to meld dark, gritty Industrial electronics with complicated poetic lyrics and one of the most unpleasant vocal styles ever howled out of a ravaged throat.

All music, lyrics and art by: Ben Power
Except guitars on track 9 by: Tyler Haagenson

All tracks mastered by J.Stillings at Steel Hook Audio Mastering

A resounding thank you to Tyler Haagenson for all his hard work masterfully bolstering and improving Snap by blending my original scathing electropunk with his own innovative brand of unforgiving, aggressive guitar carnage. I highly recommend all of Tyler's work, particularly his stunning Viking Metal project Forest King. The outstanding current album is available here:

Thank you also to Abby, for keeping me firmly grounded, with brutal, infuriatingly apt realism."

Band description of Dissentient:

"A second anthology of early Vore Complex tracks, incorporating many more of my scathing experimental & psychobiographical poems in totally new, updated versions of the original material, as well as some utterly uncompromising and eerie instrumentals.
