Longing, questioning, haunting, and serenading, the mechanical god PROJECT brings another interesting acoustic-folk grounded sound basked in captivating metaphors and strange symbolic imagery. Truly making you pause to think, "Monsters & Mermaids" is as challenging as it is entertaining, and it's all the better for it. Equally confrontational, but completely engaging, is a promotional music video composed from a collage of eclectic sources, fused together to create a truly magickal experience (and I don't mean in a fairy land sort of way, more like a dark mystical forest that brings you on one hell of an adventure).
